Return policy If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please send it back to us within 30 days for a full refund (minus the shipping costs). Shipping Please remember that all of our items are handcrafted. All items will be shipped out in 2-3 days so that you receive your item in 5-10 days. Shipping is included with all purchases! We ship USPS First Class to all 50 states. For shipping out of the US, please email us first to make sure we ship to you and for a price quote. * If you have special requests or would like the items sent to a different address, please let us know immediately when you place your order. Our products We do our best to accurately display our bead colors, however computer monitors vary in colors and we can not guarantee your monitor color. Keep away from small children. While each piece is patiently handcrafted and is again inspected, we can not guarantee that it will not break. Each item contains small beads that can be a choking hazard to small children. Please keep away from children under 3.
Jewelry Care Jewelry does wear - it's
natural from all the chemicals that can come in contact with it.
The frames are not waterproof. While they do have a protective
covering, this is not guaranteed to protect your photos. Please do
not wear your jewelry near water ie; doing the dishes, bathing,
swimming, exercising, a heavy downpour, etc. Please do not wear your jewelry when
you are working with harsh chemicals. Do not put on your jewelry
until you are done applying perfume, spraying hairspray, etc. These
chemicals can easily coat the beads and wear off their coatings.
