Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I will receive my item?

Please remember that all items are handcrafted once we receive your order.  I am also a one-woman show!  Most items arrive in 2 weeks by USPS First Class Mail.

How do I care for my items?

Even though the frames have a clear plastic covering, this does not mean they are waterproof!  Please keep your items away from water or the picture will be ruined.  The plastic covering is there to help protect it from every day wear.
To clean your items, simply take out your photo and front and back pieces and wipe your piece with a dry cloth to remove dirt and debris.

Can I special order an item?

Of course!  Please send an email to jennifer @ pintsizedpictures.com and we will work something out just for you!

Can I have items shipped to a different address?

You bet!  If you're buying an item for someone else and would like to have it shipped directly to them, please include a note to me and their address when you purchase the item.  

Is shipping to the USA free?

YES!  All orders shipped within the USA are shipped USPS First Class for free.
