Frequently Asked Questions

How long until I will receive my necklace/keychain?

Please remember that all items are handcrafted.  All orders will be shipping out within 2-3 days so that you receive your items in about 1 week (up to 2 weeks)

How do I care for my items?

Even though the frames have a clear plastic covering does not mean they are waterproof!  Please keep your items away from water or the picture will run.  The plastic covering is there to help protect it from every day wear.
To clean your items, simply take out your photo and front and back pieces and wipe your piece with a dry cloth to remove dirt and debris.

Can I special order an item?

Of course!  Please send an email to jen @ pintsizedpictures.com and we will work something out just for you!

My credit card statement?

When you place your order, your statement will show a purchase from "Jen Shircel" - that's us!!

What are "lifetime photo updates"?

To always keep your photos up to date, we will gladly resize your new photos for you.  It can be very frustrating trying to figure it out for yourself and we can help you with that.  Email your photos to jen @ pintsizedpictures.com and we will gladly resize them and email them back to you so that you can print off and replace your old photo.

Choosing a photo for your frame

When choosing a photo to fit in your frame, decide on one that has plenty of room around the edges to be cropped out.  These frames are small (1/2 " by 1/2") and while we can crop down a photo, they may needed to be trimmed a bit.  Also try to use color photos.  When pictures are cropped down that small a black and white photo can really *blend* together and make it look more blurry.

Can I have items shipped to a different address?

You bet!  If you're buying an item for someone else and would like to have it shipped directly to them, please include a note to me and their address when you purchase the item.  

My Privacy with my photo

Your photo will only be resized and printed on our in-house computer and then deleted within a few weeks.  We DO NOT save any of your photos.  We will never share or upload your photos to PintSizedPictures.com.  We believe in privacy so be assured we won't display your pictures.

Is shipping to the USA free?

YES!  All orders shipped within the USA are shipped USPS First Class for free.

I lost my pictures!  Help!

I've had this happen - many times.   Especially when my toddler likes to play with my keys.  It happens and because they're is no way to keep them stuck inside the frame, it might happen.   You have a few options here.  
You can either email me and request a brand new frame (replacements are $5.00 plus your cost of shipping it to me).  Once you send it to me I will replace your frame and ship it back to you.  
If you just lost the picture, send me a quick email with a photo you'd like to have in it and I'll crop it and email it back to you to print off and put in your frame itself.  
If you lost either the plastic cover or the cardboard back you can easily cut a new piece of cardboard (make sure it's very thin) and cut a piece of plastic (the kind of plastic that comes on the front of your kids toys that keeps them in their box works great!) and reinsert them by yourself.  

If you tend to be loosing them a lot (you like to keep keys in your pocket, etc) you can take a small piece of tape and tape from the cardboard just over the top of the frame to try and keep it in place.
